Schedule for the weekend
Packet pick up is on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday, April 21, from 6 to 7:00 a.m. at South Lakes High School. The half marathon race starts 7:30. The 5K race will begin at 7:45 a.m. There will be food and drinks at the finish line.
Course Information
The Half Marathon course is an updated single loop course that follows a gently rolling and scenic loop mostly on Reston's extensive paved path system. We will start and finish on the South Lakes High School track.
The 5K course follows the start of the half marathon course. The turn around will be marked with course sentries
NOTE: This year’s course is not certified.
There are water/Gatorade stops approximately every 3.5 miles. Porta potties are available at the water stop 1 and 3 and the start/finish line.
